The Gorilla Tool is a revolutionary tool. It is a union between the thread pitch gauge and bolt sizer. Only 31/2” in length, 11/2” wide and 1/2” thick, its slim profile will comfortably slip into your pocket and the predrilled 3/16” hole will allow you to attach the Gorilla to your tool belt. Edges on the top and bottom plate, as well as the bolt sizer blades, have been rounded over. It will accurately measure the thread pitch on your bolts, and its slim blade design will also indicate the thread pitch on nuts as small as 1/4” or 5mm in metric. The bolt sizer blades are machine stamped with both the bolt diameter and the correct wrench size needed for installation. From now on you’ll take only one wrench or socket from your tool box, no more guessing with a handful of tools. The back panel has a clearly marked bolt grade chart, a valuable feature when trying to match materials in the field. The Gorilla is built using center assembly locking screws, ensuring a lifetime of service. Black oxided tension wheels are ribbed for a firm non-slip grip. Loosening the tension wheels will allow you to easily select the blade you need, and slide the others safely back into the tool’s frame. Realizing that the Gorilla will be used in many difficult situations, finger notches were cut into the tool, allowing you to maintain a firm hold.
