As the wrapping takes place the counter weight moves to properly match the load distribution. The weight keeps the mast in tune with the fluctuation of the wrap as the items become more wrapped and the carousel turns. This minimizes possible accidents and damage during use.

Product Description
The semi-automatic stretch wrap machine design offers bigger carousel sizes with carousel rotation that is controlled by a foot switch. The power input has variable AC motor that allows adjustable deck speed and includes soft-start/stop. The film-wrap tension is controlled with an adjustable, friction-brake assembly. Film placement is controlled manually by moving the carriage assembly up and down on the vertical mast. An easy-to-release, hand operated carriage-brake allows the carriage to move freely making film application fast and simple. The system will accept 10 (in.) to 20 (in.) material. The unit ships with mast disconnected-simply raise mast and clamp into place.
