Dries to a hard, flat black finish within 40 minutes and may be sanded after 3 hours
Ideal for minimal surface preparation situations
Topcoat with Rust-Oleum High-Performance Industrial Enamels or Industrial Choice Alkyd Enamels for additional color and protection
Water-based formulation for easy soap and water clean-up
