Top plate and yoke base are "cold-forged" from 1/4" steel plate and stand up to hard use. Hardened roller bearing ensures long life. Zerk fitting in swivel and recessed head of hollow axle. Aluminum enamel finish. Top Plate measures 4 x 4-1/2". Bolt hole centers 2-5/8 x 3-5/8", slotted 3 x 3". Specify Stainless Steel option for corrosive environment. FOB Shipping Point.
